Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within one week of receiving it and we can arrange for either an exchange or a refund. Instruments must be returned in new condition at the buyer's expense. I recommend insurance for return shipping as the customer is responsible for the instrument in transit. After one week, all sales are final.

My instruments have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If cared for properly, these instruments will last for generations to come.
